Is the only way to remove warts on skin through burning or freezing?

You can try the duct tape treatment, which involves cutting small pieces of tape to go over the area.. Leave it on until it falls off. The other option is Vicks Vapo Rub, I know it sounds ridiculous, but it works for some people. Wash well, the coat your hands with Vicks & put on thin cotton gloves.. If you have them burned or frozen, it may or may not help.. I have also had success just ignoring them..They just eventually went away on their own..

Actually, i had warts on my hands and i always would rip them off. My sister froze them off and it didnt do anything. the best method i think it to just leave them alone. after i left mine alone they went away within a few months. one thing you could try is keeping them moist by putting duct tape on them, after awhile theyll fall off but not gurantee they wont grow back.

Nitrous Oxide ….a machine at your doctor's ….will freeze it (hardly felt at all) and it will die and fall off.
I have found that most products you buy to remove warts aren't very good, but one that seemed to work was one where you had to put this little patch over the wart and it had aspirin in it. The wart got softer and you could just scrape it away with your fingernail….keep applying and eventually it goes away.
If the wart is deep and large, you will have to have it removed completely root and all and that usually requires a doctor cutting it out. He will freeze it so you don't feel it. I had to have this done twice to a particularly deep wart.
A wart is a virus. If you touch it and then touch another part of your body you can make it spread.
Putting a bandaid or tape on it was a good suggestion, but when it has aspirin, it eats away at it.

In fact, there are several ways . I got the plantar warts on my left feet about two years. Freezing did not work. I think tnat because there were too many warts.
so, now I am using a traditional chinese medicine, which is made of herbs. It is very painful. But the warts almost gone.
