For the past 2 weeks ive been having 2 planets warts treated with acid. Now that they are almost gone i cant help but dig at them with a knife, now i touched one of them not paying attention with my fingers and washed my hands, Im worried that i may have just spread the wart to my face/hands….

is this very likely that this is gonna happen?

it is very unlikely that they will transfer, you washed your hands and planters warts are almost exclusively a foot condition. They thrive in the warm moist foot environment. in the open air it is very tough for them to spread.
