what do oral warts look like? i have a clear small bump in mouth what can it be?

it always goes away but comes back in the same place. stays for a day or two and goes away for weeks or days at a time?
If it's painful/sensitive to the touch it may be an ulcer. Decrease your sodium intake.

Hm, honestly that sounds like it could be some kind of herpes; I'd get it checked out.
