An early work from John Woo, depicting the destruction of the Shaolin Temple. Check out a young Sammo Hung as a bad-guy with huge false teeth! It seems like villians back in the day always had a physical characteristic that set them apart from everyone else, a funky beard, a scar or my personal favorite, the hairy wart! This movie is known under many titles, Hand of Death, Shaolin Men, Countdown in/to Kung Fu etc, and is the first featuring Jackie Chan, Sammmo Hung and Yuen Biao!
