Can warts be transfered from hand to penis?

I have a wart on my hand, then i masturbate, then little bumps show up on my penis. Is this genitial warts?
Having had warts appear on my body (but not on my penis), I asked my doctor about them. He stated that warts are caused by a type of virus in the body and possibly genetic in nature. Warts cannot be transferred by touching them, nor will a person get them from handling frogs or toads. If you are doubtful, ask your doctor. I was able to remove some of them by freezing them, but made sure I followed the directions exactly.

i believe it is a different type of warts so i dont think you can transfer from your hand to ur penis
