I have a wart on my hand, then i masturbate, then little bumps show up on my penis. Is this genitial warts?

Having had warts appear on my body (but not on my penis), I asked my doctor about them. He stated that warts are caused by a type of virus in the body and possibly genetic in nature. Freezing doesn't work as it just seems to make them spread. Neither do bazuka or any other similar remedies

I am going to the bahamas to snorkel in 10 days and i just had 2 warts frozen off my hand. Will the salt water affect my hand or will i be fine
