Your Genital Warts

I started developing what looked like skin tags on my genital region, I asked a doctor about them and she said i could remove them by tiing a string around them. So I did. 3 months later I was diagnosed with having genital warts. I had them treated and now I have no warts. Will I give all my partners HPV if I have sex now? Is the string method just as good as any other method or do I have to kill the skin around the wart to?
You can still give your partners the virus even though you don't have warts. You still have the virus.
I know that because I got it from an ex-boyfriend who showed no symptoms - no warts. I got it from skin contact from his member resting on me. My first wart outbreak was in that spot.
Don't have sex and don't have any body contact there if you don't want to pass the virus on. Yes, I am serious.

I have flesh-colored bumps on the head of my penis, and I've never had sex before, so is it possible for it to be genital warts? The warts aren't itchy or anything, and they're only on the head of my penis.
Also, is it possible to have genital herpes with the bumps not blistering, or oozing?
Sorry for the trouble.
I doubt it since genital warts and herpes are "communicable" diseases (which means you have to have sexual contact with an infected person to get them). see your doctor, he/she can run culture tests to determine if you have either of them.

Genital warts can be spread through regualr sex, oral sex and kissing. there open sores for goodness sakes. why are you (either of you) going at this like its some kind of genital wart spreading frenzy. If your going to take part in any sexual behavior, use protection!
Your going to have to go see a doctor to treat this. and while your there, speak to your doctor about how to properly protect yourself and others.
