Would it have shown during any of my pregnacy's or my yearly pap smears? Does he now have to make a doctor's app.?

it could have been dormant all those years. but i would think it would have shown up after pregnancies as thats when some abnormalities show up. hard to say!! but as for your husband, there is currently no test for men for HPV. sorry. so you will have to trust that he says he didnt cheat.
