HPV MEN
Incredibly most people will suffer from a wart or verruca at some point in their lives. It is estimated that at any point of time around 10% of the population has warts or verrucas.
Warts are small excessive growths of skin caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), which enters the skin through small cuts and scratches. ‘Verruca’ is the Latin name for ‘wart’. Although it is strictly correct to call any wart a ‘verruca’, over time the term ‘verruca’ has come to mean only a plantar wart (a wart on the sole of the foot). Likewise, over the years the word ‘wart’ has come to mean warts located anywhere else.
HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) in Men is a serious and embarresing condition. After picking up the Virus from an ex partner, I know what it is like to have an outbreak of HPV Men on the penis and how I felt when I had to tell prospective new partners that I had the condition and what it mean for out sex life.
Imagine the sceen you bring a girl home for the first time and take her to bed. She either discovers you have HPV Men when she goes down on you or you have to tell her. This can tottaly kill the mood or even destroy it.
I have tried many differnet remadies form the Chemist. I have also have them burnt off by the Doctor. However none of these treatments kill the virus.
I discoveded this HPV MEN treatment. At the time I was pretty dubiosu to its effectiveness but I had tried lots of other products and none of them worked so I though I would give this one a try.
Yes, You Have The Amazing Ability To Change The Way You Look And Feel About Yourself…Right Now! Just check out HPV Men and give what I tried a go. It worked for me where everything else had failed.

HPV stands for human papillovirus, one of the most common sexually transmitted disease or STD’s out there. HPV is not only passed on via contact with the genitals through vaginal and anal sexual intercourse, but also via skin-to-skin contact. The thing is, although HPV is not in any way a new virus, many people remain ignorant or clueless about it. This is because most people who are infected with the virus do not experience any symptom. In fact, studies show that every year, 5.5 people are newly infected with the virus, and these people continue to transmit the same because of the lack of signs and symptoms.
However, there are some types of HPV that cause the development of genital warts, also known as HPV warts. Both men and women can get HPV warts. In men, the warts develop right on the penis, around the anus, or on the scrotum. In women, the warts form inside the vagina, making them hard to sight or detect. In very rare cases, such warts may grow in the throat or the mouth.
HPV warts are generally characterized as soft, moist swellings that appear pink or red. They are, in most cases, painless but can cause itching. If these warts are ignored and allowed to grow, they can work to block the vaginal, urethral, or anal openings. Thus, these warts can become bothersome or uncomfortable. Moreover, HPV warts may be small or large; grow in single or multiple bumps; flat on the area or raised slightly; or come in a cauliflower shape. These warts may also lead to sores and bleeding depending on where they are located.
One of the reasons why HPV is hard to treat is because the warts the virus typically bring only appear within three weeks to six months after transmission of the virus through sexual contact with a person who has this particular sexually transmitted disease. The time period can be problematic, making it hard to track the existence of HPV warts as people infected continue to pass the virus from one partner to another.
This is why it is very important to get tested. This is the only way to stop the infection from spreading. Once a man or a woman finds out that he or she has HPV, he or she must stop having sexual intercourse until he or she finishes the necessary treatment. Some women carry types of HPV that cause dysplasia (abnormal cell growth) in the cervix. These women may find out they actually have HPV only after seeing their annual pap smear results, which will indicate abnormal changes in the cervical cells. Afterwards, these women must undergo a procedure that magnifies the vaginal and cervical tissues, also known as a colposcopy, as well as a procedure that removes the tissue samples that must be examined with the use of a microscope, also known as biopsy.
Aside from those mentioned, there are other means to test a person for HPV, including the dousing of vinegar wash on the suspected infected areas to make the warts visible. Medical providers generally diagnose HPV warts through visual inspection. In order to protect yourself from HPV, visit your medical provider and get tested today.

If there's a wart on your hand and you touch yourself or someone else, will it transfer?
Same to the face, leg, etc.
Probably not.
There are many different strains of HPV. Some can be transmitted via hand to genital contact; however, this usually happens when the hand in question has been in contact with infected genitalia. This route of transmission has been demonstrated by cases of infants contracting HPV with no signs of abuse. The HPV was spread via parents changing diapers after using the restroom and not washing their hands.
HPV has over 100 strains. Statistics show if you have had 4 or more sexual partners, there is an 80% chance that you have HPV. You do not have to show physical symptoms in order to carry the virus.
The big scare with HPV is cervical cancer. There are four strains of HPV that are most commonly linked with cervical cancer. Being HPV positive does not mean you will get cervical cancer. If you are a male, it does not mean that you will spread cervical cancer.
Warts are spread via skin to skin contact. But genital warts are usually confined to genital areas. Can you spread non-genital warts to other parts of your body? No.
If you are a female, GET VACCINATED against HPV. You can obtain info about this at any Walgreens or Rite Aid. They may even do the vaccination there.

Aldara cream! You can have them lazered off or frozen off like some people. But for me, I kind of saw that as a last resort! I would have much rather tried using a cream for a few weeks. I used Aldara cream when I had genital warts and I haven't had them since! It can take a few weeks for them to completely disappear though, so you have to be patient. Just ask your doctor for a prescription. And, you don't need to go to the dermatologist, your family doctor is fine. Good luck to you!

I would direct that question to a dermatologist. What is prescribed for one person might not be appropriate for another,

My 4 year old has a wart right on his finger that’s pretty unsightly and its already interfering with how he holds a pencil.
Are there any home or over the counter remedies to get rid of warts on kids, that actually work. I wanted to try other methods before I take him in to get it frozen off - I doubt he’ll think that’s so great.
I had a wart for a long time when i was a kid. Finally my mom bought some compound w and i put it on every night the key is to put duck tape on it. I repeated this process every night and it went away. I guess a band aid would work just as well…. But i think the duct tape has more of a grab to take off layer by layer

Cauliflower look-like warts on the finger. Would this be caused by hpv? would an over the counter medication take it away?
Probably not HPV, even though there are tons of strains (i'm under the impression that HPV is only sexually transmitted). A dermatologist will be able to tell you what you have, but i have found that there is a home remedy of putting garlic on a wart (similar to what you described) for 12 hours. Be careful though because the wart will disappear, but a wart blister will occur that is the same size as the piece of garlic used (only use it as big as the wart is, i used a whole clove and had a blister the same size as the toe the wart was on, couldn't wear a shoe for a week). But doctors can freeze them off or you can find something that might work over the counter. Good Luck!
